Lines and Line Ends

Change formatting for a line in Edraw, Set the default formatting for drawing lines and fill.

You can change the look of a line by changing its color, line style, or weight. Line types include solid line, gradient line and single color gradient line.

  1. Select the line that you want to change.
  2. If you want to change multiple lines, select the first line, and then press and hold Ctrl while you select the other lines.
  1. Go to Styles group on Home tab, or the Right Side Bar, click Line button Line buttonto open Line options.

Change the Color of a Line

To choose a color for the line, click Color, and then click the color that you want.

To change to a color that is not in the theme colors, click More Colors, and then either click the color that you want on the Standard tab, or mix your own color on the Custom tab. Custom colors and colors on the Standard tab are not updated if you later change the document theme.

  1. Select the line that you want to change.
  2. If you want to change multiple lines, select the first line, and then press and hold Ctrl while you select the other lines.
  3. In the Line options menu, click Dash Type, and then choose the dash styles that you want.

Change the Width of a Line

  1. Choose the line that you want to change.
  2. If you want to change multiple lines, select the first line, and then press and hold Ctrl while you select the other lines.
  3. In the Line options menu, click Width, and then choose the line weight that you want.

Change the Arrow of a Line

  1. Select the line that you want to change.
  2. If you want to change multiple lines, select the first line, and then press and hold Ctrl while you select the other lines.
  3. In the Line options menu, click Begin Type, and then choose the arrow type that you want.
