How long will I receive the full version after I have put an order?
We send the license information and download files within two business days.

The full version includes a digital signature?
Yes. We signed ocx and CAB files with digital signature in the full version. It's safe to download.

How to get receipt/invoice?
When the order was completed, you can print the receipt or invoice online. Or contact us by email to get the receipt at PDF format.

What happens when I place an order with a credit card? When do I receive the license key?
If you place an online order you will need to supply your contact details and information about your credit card. You can then review the order before it is submitted and payment is taken from your credit card. Once the process is completed you can download the full version. Then we will send you the license key by email in one business day.

What does the standard 3 months maintenance cover?
The 3 months maintenance entitles you to a free upgrade to the next major version if it is released within 3 months after you purchased your license. Standard support is included for free and has no time limit.

What is the 1 Year Priority Support and Maintenance option?
At the time of purchase you can extend the standard 3 months maintenance to one year and upgrade the level of support you receive. One year of maintenance entitles you to a free upgrade to the next major version if it is released within 1 year of after you purchased your license.

When can I renew the 1 Year Priority Support and Maintenance option?
You can renew the Priority Support and Maintenance option within 90 days of its expiration.

How is support provided?
Free support is provided by email in the maintenance period.
