Thank You for Choosing Edraw!
Your transaction has been completed, and an order confirmation email for your purchase has been sent to you.
- For License User:
- Go to the folder of the Edraw software
- Start the software by choosing "Run As Administrator..." on the context menu.
- Switch to the Help menu and click the Activate button.
- Fill in your license name (can be any name) and license code in the Activation dialogue and click Activate.
- To use Cloud storage and all templates in the template gallery, please sign up for an Edraw account, and to bind your license together with this account in the User Center.
- For Subscription User:
- Your premium account will take effect immediately after the payment is completed.
- Please make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest version of the software via https://www.edrawsoft.com/download.html.
- Please check the order confirmation email and know how to log in to your Edraw account.
- If you fail to access your premium account, please try to log out and log in again.
- If you still have trouble in using the advanced features, please send us your User ID (you can see it in the User Center) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

- If you haven’t received your confirmation email within 15 minutes after payment, please contact us via https://www.edrawsoft.com/support-center.html.
- If you lost your license code, you can retrieve it from: https://www.edrawsoft.com/retrieve-license-code.html.
