Toolbars

Edraw Toolbars include standard toolbar, drawing toolbar, align toolbar, distribute toolbar, layout toolbar, text toolbar and format toolbar.
This toolbar contains tools for working with files and the clipboard.

| New | Creates a new document. |
| Open | Opens a file. |
| Save | Saves the document. |
| Prints the document. | |
| Cut | Cuts selected text or shapes and copies them onto the Clipboard. |
| Copy | Copies selected shapes or text onto the Clipboard. |
| Paste | Inserts the contents of the Clipboard into the document. |
| Undo | Cancels the most recent action. The name of the last action is displayed in the combo box item. |
| Redo | Cancels the last Undo operation. The name of the last action is displayed in the combo box item. |
| Template Gallery | Opens or closes shape template. |
| Sample Template | Opens sample template file. |
| Crop | Crops the selected region to a graphic file. |
| Select Tool | Activates the Select tool mode. |
| Text Tool | Activates the Text tool mode to add text. |
| Insert Picture | Inserts a picture into the document. |
| Smart Connector/Connection | Activates the Smart Connector tool mode and lets you draw smart connectors./Activates the Direct Connector tool mode and lets you draw direct connectors. |
| Zoom | The Zoom drop-down list is used to set the magnification level. You can choose a value from the list, or type a custom value within the 1% - 4000 % range. |
| Help | Calls the Edraw Help. |
The Formatting toolbar is used to change line color, weight, type, fill and shadow color of shapes and more.

| Font Name | In this drop-down list you can choose the font you need. |
| Font Size | In this drop-down list you can choose a font size, or specify a custom font size. |
| Bold | Applies the Bold style to selected text, or to the text of selected shape. |
| Italic | Applies the Italic style to selected text, or to the text of selected shape. |
| Underline | Applies the Underline style to selected text, or to the text of selected shape. |
| Align Left | Aligns the paragraph to the left. |
| Align Center | Aligns the paragraph to the center. |
| Align Right | Aligns the paragraph to the right. |
| Align Up | Aligns the text block to the top. |
| Align Middle | Aligns the text block to the center. |
| Align Bottom | Aligns the text block to the bottom. |

Line Color
tool is used to set the line color. You can choose one of the colors in the button menu, or select the More Colors... item to get the Color dialog with more colors. |

tool is used to set the line weight. You can choose one of the values in the button menu, or select the More Line Weights... item and select the desired line weight on the Line tab of the Shape Properties dialog. |
| Line Style | The Line Style tool is used to set the line style. You can choose one of the styles in the button menu, or select More Line Patterns... and choose the desired line style on the Line tab of the Shape Properties dialog. |
| Arrow Style | The Line Ends Style tool is used to set the arrowhead style. You can choose the styles in the button menu, or select More Arrow Styles... and choose the desired arrowhead style on the Line tab of the Shape Properties dialog. |

| Select Tool | Activates the section mode. |
| Connect Line | Activates the connect line tool or the connection points. When you select the connect line tool; you can draw smart connector. When you select the connection point tool, you can add the connection point, move or delete the connection points. (Select the shape and press the CTRL key to add the connection points) |
| Text Tool | Activates the text tool or the Text Block tool. When you select the text tool; you can draw text frame. When you select the text block tool, you can change the position of the text. |
| Rectangle | Activates the Rectangle tool mode and lets you draw rectangle boxes, and also move and resize shapes. |
| Ellipse | Activates the Ellipse tool mode and lets you draw ellipses, and also move and resize shapes. |
| Line | Activates the Line tool mode and lets you draw lines and manipulate vertices of shapes. |
| Sector | Activates the Sector tool mode and lets you draw smooth Sector, and also manipulate vertices of shapes and change the curvature of Arc segments. |
| Arc | Activates the Arc tool mode and lets you draw elliptic arc segments, manipulate vertices of shapes and change the curvature of segments. |
| Curve | Activates the Curve tool mode and lets you draw circular sectors, manipulate vertices of shapes, and change the curvature of segments. |
| Free hand | Activates the Freehand tool mode and lets you draw freehand line, manipulate vertices of shapes, and change the curvature of segments. |

Note: You can click OLE object on Insert Menu to insert more else OLE objects.
