Yes. Edraw Project provide a 15-day free trial. Please download software at Software Download Center.
After a user finishes the payment, the system sends out the invoice and the license information to the register email address immediately. If you fail to get an invoice, please refer to the methods below.
1. Order via 2checkout/Avangate
The invoice can be downloaded by logging in to Avangate>MyAccount>Order History. For each completed order, a payment receipt will also be sent automatically to the billing email address provided.

Edraw offers 30% off discount on the regular price for education, government and non-profit organizations users. Send email to support@edrawsoft.com to apply discount if you are qualified for the above conditions.
1. If you use PayPal payment, it won't collect the tax.
2. Pay through 2checkout/Avangate.
For the tax-exempt organizations, please proceed the payment first and after you finish the payment, please send the billing information as well as the tax-exempt document to support@edrawsoft.com, we will send the document to apply for the tax refund. The request usually will be processed in one business day after we receive the material and the refund could take 2-10 business days to reach to the customers' bank account depending on each bank processing time.
Companies in the EU will pay 0% if they provide a valid company VAT number that can be validated during the purchase process. Otherwise EU buyers must pay VAT due to taxation. After purchasing, customers will receive a receipt to be presented to the tax authorities. Please note that the VAT number must be entered without spaces or punctuation and without country code. Customers in non-EU countries don't have to pay VAT.

Yes, we offer multi-user license for government, enterprise and education and any other who requires large quantity users licenses of Edraw products. You can find the multi-user license price in each product order page.  If you do not find the quantity you need on the order page, please send detailed information of users quantity and product license type to support@edrawsoft.com to get a quote.
Within 30 days of purchase, EdrawSoft will accept the return of graphic software product purchased from our online store for a refund if the user hasn't used the license code to activate edraw copy. To apply a refund, please email us with the following information: your name, product name, your order number, and the reason for the return.

There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or have a security authentication issue, either on our end or your bank's end, may have encountered a machine error. You can purchase with PayPal instead or send the order reference to support@edrawsoft.com and we will assist to process the order.

1. Cancel Avangate auto renew When you purchase a subscription license, you can choose to cancel the auto-renew function on order page during the payment. When you select the auto-renew option, you will be informed two weeks ahead of the subscription expiry date. You can cancel the auto-renew subscription follow the steps: log in Avangate MyAccount, go to "My Products" and click "Stop automatic license renewal" beneath each product that has this option enabled.
2. Cancel a PayPal auto-renew subscription:
a. Log into your PayPal account at www.paypal.com.
b. Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
c. Select Preapproved Payments under "Payment settings."
d. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel...
e. ...and click the Cancel Subscription button.
