Edraw Max Web provides both Free and Premium version, the Premium version requires a subscription to access. 
After a user finishes the payment, the system sends out the invoice and the license information to the register email address immediately. If you fail to get an invoice, please refer to the methods below.
1. Order via 2checkout/Avangate
The invoice can be downloaded by logging in to Avangate>MyAccount>Order History. For each completed order, a payment receipt will also be sent automatically to the billing email address provided.

1. If you use PayPal payment, it won't collect the tax.
2. Pay through 2checkout/Avangate.
For the tax-exempt organizations, please proceed the payment first and after you finish the payment, please send the billing information as well as the tax-exempt document to support@edrawsoft.com, we will send the document to apply for the tax refund. The request usually will be processed in one business day after we receive the material and the refund could take 2-10 business days to reach to the customers' bank account depending on each bank processing time.
Companies in the EU will pay 0% if they provide a valid company VAT number that can be validated during the purchase process. Otherwise EU buyers must pay VAT due to taxation. After purchasing, customers will receive a receipt to be presented to the tax authorities. Please note that the VAT number must be entered without spaces or punctuation and without country code. Customers in non-EU countries don't have to pay VAT.
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or have a security authentication issue, either on our end or your bank's end, may have encountered a machine error. You can purchase with PayPal instead or send the order reference to support@edrawsoft.com and we will assist to process the order.
The 1-Month Pass is one-time charge, not a recurring subscription. The Annual Plan and Half-yearly Plan are recurring subscription and will continue until you cancel. All plans allow you to use both the software and the online app for as long as the subscription is active.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each term and you will be charged for the subsequent term.
To cancel a recurring subscription just click 'Stop auto-renewal' from your account page. You can also email support@edrawsoft.com. The 1-Month Pass is a one-time charge, not a recurring subscription. It automatically downgrades to free after 1 month.
