Easily create a one-for-all master template with company logo and company CI as the background. Save it for future use and export it into MS formats.
With a master template with your company's logo and CI as background, you can not only promote your organization better but also save a lot of time by using a one-for-all solution. This purpose can be accomplished astonishingly easily in Edraw. Here are the steps with illustrations.
After you open a blank page, right click on any blank area of the canvas (or press F6). -> Click Page Setup. -> Specify a page size suitable for your printer. More details about printing is in article Print Edraw Diagrams.
Go to view Menu. -> Choose Background View. This view is specially designed for creating backgrounds. The shapes or pictures inserted in Background View cannot be selected or modified in Normal View.
Open the Borders library (in General Group). -> Drag the preferable Border shape onto the drawing page. -> Insert the company name in the title shape.
Click Insert tab. -> Choose picture and then select the company logo. -> Drag the green square handles to resize the logo and move it to suitable location.
By now one page has been finished. To add more pages with the same background, go to the bottom left corner of the page. There is a page label there. You can copy just the background to form another page: right click on the page label; -> select Duplicate Background Page; -> repeat this step until there are enough pages.
Go back to Normal View. Add or copy contents to the page. Click on the page label to switch pages. After all contents are added and well formatted, save the diagram so that you can always present your company logo and CI during your presentation.
A set of smart tools are provided for automatic formatting. You can easily arrange, rotate, group and align objects with these smart tools.
To export it as PowerPoint format, click the Export button on the Quick Access Toolbar (on the top of the window, looking like a four-way arrow). To see more about exporting diagram, please refer to Video Tutorial - Export Edraw Document to Other Formats.
