Copy Text - Double click the shape with the text, make sure the text in editing state. Other ways read Editing Text.
Copying Text in Edraw
To copy the text:
- Double click the shape with the text, make sure the text is in editing state. Other ways read Editing Text.
- Select the text you want, press CTRL and C at the same time or click Copy from Edit menu.
- Then you can:
- Double click the shape you want to paste to, make the destination shape in editing state and press CTRL and V at the same time or click Paste from Edit menu.
- Press CTRL and V at the same time or click Paste from Edit menu directly, then a new text block will be created with the copied text.
Copying Text from Other Program
You can copy text from other programs, such as Microsoft Word.
Then you can:
- Double click the shape you want to paste to, make the destination shape in editing state and press CTRL and V at the same time or click Paste from Edit menu.

text block will be created with the copied text.
Note: You can also copy the text to the other program and the text formatting will be kept.
