Format Shapes

The type of formatting you apply to a shape depends on whether the shape is one-dimensional (1-D) or two-dimensional (2-D). You can change the fill color, fill effect settings for any 2-D shape, such as rectangles and circles.

1. Select the shapes.
2. Switch to the Format Shape menu.
3. Click the Shape Fill or Quick Style button to change the shapes's format.
