9. I have received license code, but I can't activate Edraw. Why?
The license codes for different Edraw products are different, be sure you are trying to activate the right product. You couldn't activate Edraw Max while you purchased Edraw Flowchart. If you get other failed report when you activating Edraw product, you can read other FAQ or contact us directly.

10. Why Edraw pops up a message saying "The activate code has been used in other computers" when I tried to activate it?
For individual user one license code can be activated on no more than two computers, that means if you want to activate Edraw on a third computer, it will pops up this message. If you changed your computer and need to activate on the new computer, you can contact us at support@edrawsoft.com, we will help you reset your license code.

11. When I tried to activate Edraw, it reports "Activation failed".
There are several reasons may cause this error, firstly you should check your internet and firewall to allow Edraw to access Edraw Server, then you should verify that the license code match the product, if still failed please contact us.

12. When I tried to activate Edraw, it tells me that the activation code is invalid.
Please verify that the license code match the product, the license codes for different Edraw products are different and the license code for version 2.0 or higher can't activate the lower version. If still failed just feel free to contact us.

13. When I tried to activate Edraw, it tells me that the activation code has expired.
EdrawSoft has held some events with some famous computer magazines or webs, during these events users of magazines or webs can get free license codes, these free license codes are time limited or version limited. 14. I have no internet, how can I activate Edraw?
If you have no internet, you will get a failed dialog when you try to activate Edraw. On this dialog you can find a hyperlink, click it and copy the address in the explorer, then send it to support@edrawsoft, we will send you manual activation code.

15. How to change the default shape filling pattern and line sytle?
Edraw 5.7 add the set default theme feature allow you to change the default shape filling pattern, line style and connector arrow style. Switch to Page Layout menu and click button Set Default Theme, the Set Default Theme dialog will come up, then you can change the fill pattern, line style and connector line style.
