SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
All versions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

1. License Type
REGISTERED VERSION
A single registered copy of Edraw allows one user to install Edraw products , as long as that user is the only user of the software. (For example, you can install it on a laptop and your home computer.) Transferring the license to own new computer is available twice one year.
You may access the registered version of Edraw through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all computers that will run the software from the network. For instance, if ten different workstations will access Edraw program on the network, you will need a ten-user Edraw license, whether they use Edraw at different times or concurrently.
With a registered copy of Edraw you are able to create an unlimited number of freely distributable, royalty-free Edraw documents.

SHAREWARE VERSION / EVALUATON AND REGISTRATION
This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. The trial version has the watermark while exporting the diagrams and printing. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee is required for the full Version.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, Disassembly and change (add,delete or modify) the resources in the compiled the assembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Update and Maintenance
Your original purchase of Edraw products includes maintenance updates in the lifetime. And main version upgrades is FREE of charge for 12 months from the date of purchase. After that, as a valued customer, you can keep everything current and take advantage of all the latest features that we're continuing to add to Edraw by purchasing a yearly maintenance and support agreement.

Separation of Components.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

Software Transfer.
You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.

Termination.
Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

3. COPYRIGHT.
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, clipart, libraries, and examples incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material. The licensed users or licensed company can use all functions, example, templates, clipart, libraries and symbols in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to create new diagrams and distribute the diagrams.

LIMITED WARRANTY

NO WARRANTIES.
The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any special, consequential,
incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this Software is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.

REGISTRATION

INSTALL AND UNINSTALL
Edraw software packages have not bundled any add-on. The full uninstall service is available from the install folder.
