Your EDraw program is outstanding!
1.Fully uses the Windows XP user interface. It looks very
nice! 2.Fast and small! 3.Has the right features! 4.Priced
right. I hope you keep the promotional price. Home users and
students cannot afford software like Visio. 03-Jul-2005

Great value for the money! If flow
diagrams are the only thing you plan to use it for, Visio
might be a bit of overkill. If you want to be using it
for other things too though it would be better value for
money. Visio is too expensive for my taste, and I have found

I'm very happy I've finally found a good

I compared several products, and EDraw Pro is by far the most powerful and versatile. I'm quite

This easy-to-use program creates flowcharts and
network
diagrams. The interface is straightforward and handy, with
clearly labeled buttons, a outlook template window for
adding shapes, samples gallery for managing examples. EDraw
also provides a rather standard assortment of editing tools
for resizing, rotating, grouping, order, align and
distribute. We appreciated the large library of available
flowchart shapes, as well as the ability to set their style,
color and shadow. This application will output your show in
a few flavors of common graphic format. But I wish it
supported PDF format so you didn't have to download another
application to create PDF file. Of course it has great value
for its money. Without a doubt a rapid flowcharting
software. - Richard

I cannot recommend this enough. This is wonderfully
functional. Makes flowcharts like nobody's business. Such a
useful software in such a small package, goes to show how
bloated today's software truly is. And it can export the
flowchart to many different kinds of formats. I made the
flowchart and exported it as a jpg file, and put it up on my
website. - Amir Assad

EDraw Flowchart is a program intended for people who
want to create a schematic representation of a process. It
helps you organize and visualize any kind of data including
work flow information, network transmission, computer
software and so on. Aided by this program you can create
presentations, flowcharts or diagrams.
Some samples are provided by the publisher. You can use
these samples as templates, to learn how to use the program.
Each object from the flowchart has a color scheme and an
associated style (color properties, shadow position,
transparency, and so on). There are some nice looking
predefined styles, and you can also define your own drawing
style.
You can insert many types of objects: lines, text, pictures,
symbols, or connectors. OLE objects are supported, meaning
that you can insert virtually any kind of document inside
your flowchart. Excel, Word, PDF documents can be used in
your flowchart using this option.
The user interface looks good, and most importantly is very
easy to use. All predefined objects are organized into
categories, making it easy to find what you are looking for.
Pluses: There are some computer users, like myself,
who feel that a printed document is more easy to read than
the computer screen. This program allows you to print any
flowchart for reference purposes.
Drawbacks / flaws:
In conclusion: All the features of EDraw Flowchart
make it worth its price. Give it a try and see for yourself.

Many thanks
for your mail concerning the free update to EDraw 2.0, and
congratulations for this new version. I found your software
very
user-friendly and practical.
GREAT PROGRAM! I'm loving it, and I
just started with it. I used SmartDraw for years, and in my
opinion, it has gotten TOO BIG. (It takes up over TWO GIGS!)
I can't believe all the functionality you packed into this
little program. VERY impressive. I was getting sick of all
the little quirks in that other graphics program. Yours is
lean and mean, and I can actually get better results
quicker, and nicer looking too. Thanks!! -Ron Stephens in

This software is GREAT! You guys are
not charging enough. Seriously. You saved me hundreds of
non-productive hours with this purchase. I have MS Word
which says it does flow charting- no contest compared to
your software. And forget about Excel and PowerPoint- horses
for courses as they say. Your EDraw is FAR superior. I am a
consultant and for me, Time is Money. Thanks- much
appreciated. Sal D.
Once again I've found that I don't need
to spend hundreds on a full featured piece of software from
a massive software house. I've needed a decent piece of
software to create flowcharts for a while now and had been
looking at Visio amongst others. As fantastic as Visio
appears, it's far too full-on for my needs and I never would
have used all it's features.
So I'm pleased to bring this little beauty to your
attention... It does everything I need, seems a very light
weight app, makes full use of the XP interface, offers a 30
day trial and only costs $30 for a license which includes
free updates for life!
Great result and a lost sale for Microsoft I'm afraid.
When will large software houses learn and start offering
slimmed down versions of their expensive apps..... (wishful
thinking, they'll probably never need to!)
So not really a rip off, rather a few saved pounds, but
either way I'm happy as I have the tool I needed and haven't
broken the bank!
EDraw Max is rather a
lightweight yet incredibly powerful
diagramming tool.
Over the usual
elements that you can see in any of similar
solutions, EDraw Max provides a full power
of modern interfaces, huge, smartly
organized library of primitives, along with
many examples and tutorials.
When you just start
working with a new EDraw Max diagram, you¡¯re
asked to select its ¡°kind¡° and the software
provides you with the corresponding
primitives. Of course, you can always load
more primitives or even search them by name.
The kinds of diagrams available in EDraw Max
cover all the areas you can imagine about
schemes and diagrams: Flowcharts, DB
architecture, Organization Charts, Mind
Maps, Networks and much more, and there are
several sections in the shapes library for
each kind of diagrams, as well as several
examples that come with the software. You
can save your own shapes in the shape
gallery for further usage.
As for drawing
itself, EDraw Max provides a really
convenient vector editor, with handy shapes
grouping, locking and organizing, selection
and zooming; you can control all the
parameters (colors, fonts, and lines) of
every shape, either yours or from the
library. All the ¡°beauty pictures¡± you¡¯ve
designed can be easily exported and printed
in a strict correspondence with the screen
picture. -
