Specific conditions of use which apply to the type of License you have acquired from EdrawSoft

Evaluation License for non-chargeable Software

You may use the Software freely within your organization to access whether it meets your needs.

Site Distribute License

(a) Purchase of the license entitles a company or organization to unlimited use of Edraw Component at a single site. A site is defined as a single physical address, i.e. a building or group of buildings sharing the same postal address.
(b) Edraw grants to Licensee the right to integrate the Software into one named software application which may then be employed as Licensee sees fit in any number of versions, revisions, or configurations in a company or organization.
(c) You have a royalty free right to distribute the unmodified ActiveX control in a company or a site.
(d) You may not distribute the software or any portion of the software, to any third party unless it is incorporated into your own software products whose functionality exceeds the functionality of the Software and which do not compete directly with the Software.
(e) Any product that you create using the Edraw Component must not compete with the Edraw Component in any way. e.g., your product must not be a software development tool (.DLL, .VBX, .OCX, OLE Object, etc.) intended for distribution to other software developers or system integrators. You may not extend access to the OCX properties, methods or events either directly or indirectly.
(f) You may incorporate the software, or portions of the Software, into your own software products for distribution to one organization or company provided the appropriate copyright of EdrawSoft is acknowledged on all media containing, and documentation relating to, such software products. e.g., "The Edraw Component provided in this product is copyrighted by EdrawSoft."

Enterprise Distribute License

(a) Purchase of the license entitles a company or organization to unlimited use of Edraw Component by its employees or its product end users at any location worldwide.
(b) Edraw grants to Licensee the right to integrate the Software into one named software application which may then be employed or distributed royalty-free as Licensee sees fit in any number of versions, revisions, or configurations.
(c) You have a royalty free right to distribute the unmodified ActiveX control.
(d) You may not distribute the software or any portion of the Software, to any third party unless it is incorporated into your own software products whose functionality exceeds the functionality of the Software and which do not compete directly with the Software.
(e) Any product that you create using the Edraw Component must not compete with the Edraw Component in any way. e.g., Your product must not be a software development tool (.DLL, .VBX, .OCX, OLE Object, etc.) intended for distribution to other software developers or system integrators. You may not extend access to the OCX properties, methods or events either directly or indirectly.

Single Developer License (non-commercial purposes)

(a) You may install and use the Software on any number of computers or terminals within your organization.
(b) You may incorporate the Software, or portions of the Software, into your own software for use within your own organization.
(c) You may not distribute the Software, or any portions of the Software, or related documentation to any other organization or to any person external to your organization.

Distribution License (Royalty Free for a Business Environment or Government)

(a) You may copy, install and use the Software on any number of computers or terminals within your organization royally free.
(b) You may incorporate the Software, or portions of the Software, into your own software products for distribution to other people or organizations provided the appropriate copyright of EdrawSoft is acknowledged on all media containing, and documentation relating to, such software products.
(c) You may not distribute the Software, or any portion of the Software, to any third party unless it is incorporated into your own software products whose functionality exceeds the functionality of the Software and which do not compete directly with the Software.

Source Code License

(a) You may modify the Source code then compile the new version.
(b) No Sale. The licenses granted under this Agreement do not constitute a sale of the Software or any portion or copy of it.
(c) You can¡¯t distribute the source code to any other organization or any person external to your organization.
