Operating Shapes Properties
Add
or delete shape properties
Properties are a collection of data that can be associated with shapes in your drawing or master shapes on a custom stencil, you can add, edit or delete them.
There are six kinds of type of properties listed as following:

Number

String
-
Date
-
Duration
-
Currency
-
Bool
-
List
-
Dynamic List
Add
or delete shape properties

Select a shape.

Right click the shape and click the Custom Properties item on popup menu.

The Custom properties Dialog will appeared.
If there are no shape data, it will ask you whether want to define shape data, click Yes.

On the dialog, click new to add new data or click delete to delete an exist data.

Select a shape.

Right click the shape and click the Custom Properties item on popup menu.

The Custom properties Dialog will appeared.
If there are no shape data, it will ask you whether want to define shape data, click Yes.

On the dialog, you can do one of following:
Enter the property name in name box.
Click the type drop down list to select property type.
Enter or change the format of the property.
Enter the value of the property.
Enter the prompt of the property.
